Festes del Santíssim Crist del Calvari 2026 (Gata de Gorgos)

Gata de Gorgos celebrates its patron-saint festivities in honour of the Santíssim Crist del Calvari from Monday 27 July to Thursday 6 August 2026 (with prologues on 18 and 26 July). Eleven intense days: the moving Baixada del Crist, eleven days of bous al carrer, despertàs, the Truc World Championship, parade of floats, cordàs and the closing solemn procession to the Calvari.

Practical information

  • Bous al carrer: there are runnings and releases almost every day (morning and afternoon) from 29 July to 4 August. Always follow the instructions of the safety staff.
  • Cordà: traditional fire show (5 August); access to the enclosure may require a CRE card.
  • Getting there: Gata de Gorgos is right by the N-332 and the AP-7 (exit 62), with a TRAM station (line 9).
