Patron-Saint Festivities of Calp 2026 (Mare de Déu de les Neus)

Calp celebrates its patron-saint festivities in honour of the Mare de Déu de les Neus (Our Lady of the Snows), patron of the town, from Friday 31 July to Thursday 6 August 2026. A week of floral offering, mascletàs, open-air dances and procession, with the main day on Wednesday 5 August and the spectacular Castell a la Mar (aero-aquatic fireworks display) as the finale.

After the patron-saint festivities

• Bous al carrer: from 6 to 13 August (afternoon and evening sessions) on Calle Conde de Altea. Exact times to be confirmed in the official programme.
• Grand humorous parade: Sunday 9 August, 20:00 (from Calle Benissa to Plaza Colón).
• Calpe Pop Festival: 13-15 August (music festival).

Practical information

• Castell a la Mar: the best spot to watch it is the seafront (Arenal-Bol beach); arrive early on the night of 5 August.
• Getting there: AP-7 (exit 63) and N-332; TRAM station (line 9) in Calp.
• Tip: the centre fills up during the offering and the procession; go early.
